CAMS Senior VP of Community Management to Speak at CAI Annual Retreat
La Quinta, CA (October 2022): CAMS Senior Vice President of Community Management, Ben Rhodes, CMCA®, AMS® PCAM®, will participate in a panel discussion at CAI’s 2022 CEO-MC Retreat. This year’s event will be held in La Quinta, California, and run from October 13th - October 15th.
Rhodes, joined by Adam Balkom with AssociationPrime powered by SouthState Bank & CAM Leadership Institute, and Rob Buffington, CMCA® with Gordian Staffing, will be speaking on “Automation and Outsourcing: Solve Staffing Issues While Achieving Greater Profits.” Their session will be held on Friday, October 14th, at 10:45 am PST.
In their session, Rhodes and the other panelists will go over maximizing profits, creating efficiencies, and how management companies can use automation and outsourcing to cut down on costs needed to deliver services. The presenters also will discuss what should be in place for your company to be successful, what should be automated and outsourced first, and how you can get started or improve your current efforts.
Rhodes has been in the community management industry since 2004 and joined CAMS in 2015. In addition to serving as CAMS senior vice president of community management, he also plays a big role in CAMS developing lifestyle brand.
