The TradeMark Building, a high-rise condo managed by CAMS, has been featured in CAI's Common Ground Magazine.
In Charlotte, NC, the TradeMark Building stands tall as a testament to community spirit. Nestled in the bustling downtown area, the TradeMark Condo building has not only become a landmark in the city's skyline but also a haven of warmth and camaraderie for its residents.
Over the years, this high-rise has faced its fair share of challenges, including multiple water leaks. However, thanks to the expert management of CAMS' Ben Rhodes, CMCA®, AMS® PCAM®, Chelsa Fenner, CMCA®, AMS® PCAM®, and Rachel Dearing, CMCA®, AMS®, and the board of directors, the building has not only weathered the storms but thrived with a sense of togetherness.
